  • Using live video only if you know that you're projecting your image accurately and warm. The camera quality, quality bandwidth, and quality of lighting is important.

  • Make sure the camera angle gives a good respiratory contact. If you are a network of video Conferencing at the conference, maybe your camera to your desktop, either on the condition of your monitor, or in the vicinity of a place. When the camera is active, make sure your eye contact is the same. Avoid positioning your camera is too high, also Nature, or the far side in the same way that eye contact is not defined. When the camera angle is not right, the picture feels like monitoring the temperature of the conventional camera view.

  • Make sure the lighting in the room temperature allows you to project images. Poor lighting or misleading light will cleanse your face and your article, and make you more bad checks or unfair.

  • Make sure your background is warm and pleasant. Not only you see your camera. It seems in all things behind you. Avoid messy or seems to interfere with nature (such as camera angle which looks down llway not only out of the office). Make sure the area is tidy and neat, so that people get positive impression of your workspace.

  • Add the personality of the background behind you. For example, if you are in the background table, with photos, flowers, and plants. Position them so that people can see them. If the background in the meeting room, warm, too. For example, green plants with big, large pictures or posters on the walls, and friendly colored walls (not gray or white)

  • Only use the video for the first few minutes of the meeting. Checking the camera, freeze frames, and then interact in the document before you. Video will then act as a continued Snapshot deliver heat.

  • Adjust the camera zoom so close you can see. Under the frame to show your hand, and on the frame that should only show the unity of your head. Avoid close the camera, so your face fills the entire frame. Avoid the remote camera, was much.
